Sue Monk Kidd is talking about how stories act the same as human beings. If the story dies, we can't remember what it is or how it was told. Just like people when they die. You start to forget who they were. I agree with this quote because it is a comparison between people and stories.

this quote Is saying if u don't tell a story then its not a story and it dies. I agree that it isn't a story if you don't tell anyone it or in a book or on social media. if you have a cool story I think you should definatley tell it or write it down. im not sure what the second part of the quote means.

i think that when the author says that quote hes means that youll have friends and youll make memories with people and you stop becoming friends with them all memories you have with them turn into stories and when you see them and you dont know anything about them anymore or how they are its like their dead and the stories are dead and you remember who you were with them and that youre different and so are they

I think she means that a lot of people have to have a story about something in life that someone always has something to say about something or someone and if nobody did have anything or a "story" to tell we wouldn't know what to think or do at all because we all have an opinion about something but if nobody else wanted to say anything you wouldn't either so there would be no story to live off of

I think Sue Monks Kidd saying that if stories aren't told and passed down and remember that we may forget about the reason way we are here what we are suppose to do.I agree with this quote because if we don't remember the stories of the people in history we will forget what they did and what were are here to do.

I think the author that wrote this quote, means that if nobody tells the stories of how people got here, everybody forgets where people came from. The stories will die eventually if nobody keeps these stories going. Yes i agree with this because in the end nobody will know any of these stories about where they came from if nobody tells them anymore.

I believe the author means if you don't tell your stories now, later on you won' t remember. Even after you die your stories will die with you and never have been told. I do agree because its pretty true after you die and you had never told any one your stories no one will ever no them. Also if you don't tell them now you could forget the details of what happened exactly then the story could not be as good. That would be what i believe the quote could mean.

I think this quote means that stories tells us about past which may have been really important time so it turned it into a stories. Stories could be about our country or a famous person. Stories could also tell us about our religion or our culture. If the stories are not told, they die. For example if there is a story on a famous person and it is not people wont know what has happened to them or why they were famous

This quote means that without story telling, we would never know where we came from. Stories help us remember who we are and what we did many years ago. I agree with this quote because without because stories help us be creative and tell us where things came from.

I think the author means stories can die do to the time. Also we cant remember what happened or where it happened because the stories died . I agree with this quote because sometimes we don't know what happened in the past because the stories told based on it died over time or people doesn't remember it anymore.

I think she means that people have to put themselves out into the world and make themselves memorable or nobody will remember who they were. I agree with this. I think it is important in life because people need to put themselves in the world to other people.

What i think Sue Monk Kidd means by this quote if you cant remember stories or memories it'll start to fade away and you wont remember why it happened or what it did. i do agree with what shes saying because if you dont relive things or remember things they could be lost.,

I feel that she is saying in my words is that our world and everything around is made up stories and if we don't tell these stories we will be lost. I feel like she is right in the fact that the stories she is talking about are memories and without them we would really be lost. Without memories good or bad you don't really learn anything and life would be boring and dull and it is kind of like you are dead.

In my opinion, the quote means if the stories aren't being told, they will be forgotten. I agree with this story because if the story is kept to yourself, you could confuse it with other similar stories. Also the story could have an affect on people. Meaning that could either motivate someone to do better or make someone's day.
